Our Story
Two People, One Recipe
Bianca and Jorge met by chance in Venice — a Facebook suggestion, a glance at Whole Foods, then crossing paths again and again on the boardwalk and Main Street. Jorge offered a cargo bike ride one day, learned Bianca was living in a van, and offered her his couch.
During that time living together, they started making juice. Jorge had been drinking ginger and turmeric. Bianca expanded the recipe — apples, lemons, garlic, cinnamon, pepper, jalapeño. She bought a cold press juicer and dialed in the measurements until it tasted just right.
They started sharing it with friends. Everyone loved it. The name came naturally — Bianca always says “heal better” instead of “feel better.” A lightbulb went off.
